What to Expect
We gather to worship God each Sunday at 9:30 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. In our services, we praise God, acknowledge our sin, rejoice in God’s salvation in Christ and commit ourselves to lives of thankful service. As we worship, a dialog takes place between God and his people. God addresses us through his Word. We respond to him in praise and prayer and with our gifts. Central to the services are messages that explain and apply the Bible to our lives.
As we worship God in song, we use both traditional and contemporary hymns and songs, accompanied by organ or piano. Various musical groups enrich our worship, including the choir, praise team, Chimes (a bell choir), and Kids’ Praise.
When you worship with us, you will notice that some are dressed up. Others dress more casually. Wear whatever you think appropriate for meeting with God and his people.
During the services, a nursery is provided for infants and toddlers. On Sunday mornings, children ages 3-5 are welcome to attend Children’s Worship, which begins part way through the service.
Following the morning service, coffee, juice and cookies are served in the fellowship hall. We encourage you to take some time to meet and get to know us.
